Extensive training, both practical and knowledge should be required, tested and verified, just like a private pilot's license. I drove in Europe, especially Germany. The testing took two days. I saw one accident in four months. In the US, we "let" just about every person from age 15 drive as if it were a right, a right of passage. Want to stop this? Vote for more restrictive driving license laws and then stand up when "someone" is denied a license or claims racism.
